"Absolutely fantastic!"
The service for online shopping is super efficient and really user-friendly. I’ve also picked up items directly at the London shop, and the help and guidance I received were just awesome. I've taken the SC Holdall and laptop case on several trips, and their design and sizing make traveling—whether for work or fun—so much simpler. I wholeheartedly suggest BW!

I got this as a present and was really blown away by the quality of the bag! If you have any of their duffle or weekend bags, don’t assume the quality drops just because it’s a toiletry bag. Your toiletries will feel like they’re being carried in style.

The constant updates on shipping and fulfillment were impressive. This product is stunning, and B&W clearly takes pride in it. Their efforts show the dedication and care they have for what they offer, not to mention their commitment to customers. If this weren’t such a gorgeous, handcrafted, truly luxurious item, it might feel excessive and honestly a bit awkward, but it was just right. I really enjoyed the build-up. There’s something exciting about it, especially since it comes from across the pond. One of my daughters had a blast opening the package with me.

The olive brief I got showed up in just five days. Considering I’m all the way over in Australia, I was pretty blown away by how fast it came. But it wasn’t just the quick delivery that wowed me.
